Great for teaching time!
I purchased the bundle set here on Amazon of the analog clock and wrist watch. This is the closest thing to the Montessori approach of learning that I could find. Comes with a warranty & a free e workbook when you purchase! Which is where you can print out the certificate as well. I really love how everything is all laid out into sections as well. Makes it easy for my daughter to learn how to tell the time.

Fabulous watch!
We have the blue Owlconic watch and two of their clocks already. Had the analogue clocks for almost 2 years. My daughter easily learnt time from the clocks at around 5.5 years. So now at 7 years of age, I bought her an Owlconic analogue watch. She chose the blue one..it's beautiful and very functional, like the clocks. She really holds us to the minute now!
We also bought the Owlconic time game to keep challenging her.
Brilliant, well thought out products. We have them shipped out to Kenya where we live.

My kid learned to tell time in less than one day.
My 7 year old struggled in one place on his report card. Telling time. So I got him this watch. By bedtime he could tell time. The markings are clear and super helpful to a novice time teller. The bright orange makes it easy to find because he takes it off and leaves it all over the place. Even his pediatrician thought it was cool, and I sent the like so she could get one for her kid.

BIG HIT!
Purchased in Blue, as a 5th Birthday gift for our favorite neighbor. Liking the features of the dial, but spooked by some of the reviews, we also purchased the inexpensive Two Year Insurance that Amazon offers. Alas, the first watch did not work. However, it was replaced immediately and the replacement works perfectly. As a companion gift, we also purchased a workbook: "Telling Time Activity Workbook: Over 300 Practice Exercises for Kindergarten, 1st Grade and 2nd Grade". The two are GREAT together and our favorite neighbor became an expert in no time. He wears his watch proudly to Kindergarten every day!

Amazing
Our 10-year son is high-funtioning autistic (Asperger's) and has less than zero concept of time, passage of time, telling time, etc. LESS THAN ZERO. We've used whole curriculums trying to teach him about time. Within 2 days of getting this watch, he was following us around the house, telling us what time it is by looking at his watch, and he's getting it right!! Amazing!!
