Cool little watch
My nephew is 6 and loves ninja turtles! I didn't realize the watch lit up when I purchased it but I'm glad it does. His mom got him a watch too but hers didn't light up and so he liked this one better. He's still wearing it, and even though he can't tell time yet, it was a big hit! (I asked him what time it was on Christmas night and he looked at his watch and said, "Seven Five Eighteen". So he almost got it! Lol.)

Great purchase!
Got this for my son for his 9th birthday. He loved it and wears it every day! The watch is well-made, and the light-up feature is a hit! It also tells the date and has a stopwatch of sorts, so you can time activities (which my son loves to do). It came in the best Ninja Turtle tin box, which he kept because it looks so cool. He wears it on the tightest setting, so it could definitely be worn by older kids or adults. Overall great watch for the price!

very please with this watch
my 5 year old son loves it. he's really into TMNT and what better way then to get him into telling time. he's had a clock for about 2 years now and gets the concept. this is great especially being in kindergarten and giving him a little bit more responsibility. the flashing lights was a added bounce and one of his favor things. I am sure the battery will wear out a lot quicker, but you can't beat the joy this has given him for 10 bucks.

the band on the smallest link is still to large but it doesn't fall off his wrist so its fine. also the band has a nice rubber feel so it's not hard plastic.

although I did hear that others have broken when run under water

Great watch!
I saw plenty of reviews of parents complaining about how a 10 dollar watch broke after they let their 6 year olds mess with them. I am 21 and I bought this watch for a my Leonardo themed Halloween costume and it works wonderfully and is amazing quality for the price. I still wear it once or twice a week to work and it's easy to change (thanks Daylight Savings!) and clear to read. I love it!

P.S. Probably don't buy this for a child less than 10 years of age, what do you expect is going to happen?
