This is a Japanese domestic market model, not one you can buy at your local Seiko retailer. That makes it a bit rare so you're unlikely to find them on many wrists. BUY NOWto detail you typically find in much more expensive watches. It looks so much better in person than in photographs. At 39mm it is substantial but not oversized. (Some of today's watches are just comically large.)
The one thing to note, which has been noted repeatedly on watch collector forums, is the stock watch band is simply awful. It's very stiff. It doesn't appear to be leather. How it ended up coming on this watch is a mystery. Nice bands can be had for under $20, and great ones for a bit more.
